Just spent 4.5 hours in the Evo with the wife and kids. I can now hear waves on the beach and all is good. Still wish the car had cruise control, but it wasn't an option in 2003. Didn't see any interesting cars aside from a Jag on the way between Atlanta and Panama Beach.

You are one brave SOB. I have a hard time driving 2.5 hours with the whole clan to Austin. In the Enclave.

How big is the family?

I ask only because I'm a rather tall dude and don't think a Lancer would really fit the bill for myself, my wife and our imminent baby.

Nope. We got the 2.3 Cosworth but no EVO. Also, I believe this guy has the blue Evo 8, although that might be someone else. I know someone here has a blue Evo.

I'm 6'. We have a family of 4. Little ones are 6 years old and 3. It worked just fine for us when they were small. Even survived the giant stroller/rear facing infant seat just phase fine.everyone was still comfortae. Now that the kids are bigger and one is in a booster and the other is going to a booster soon it will get even better. Don't let the propaganda out there make you think you need something huge to deal with kids. You don't. And just so you know, our other car is a Mini. We have no problem with the kids in that either.
